Can I Use Frames in My Website?

Use of frames in a website is a very bad idea. This is because many search engines cannot spider through frames properly, which means that your html pages will not get indexed in the search engine database. The end results is that your website pages will not get found by people.

Frames are wonderful tools for navigation in environments where search engine visibility is not needed, but if you need Google, Yahoo and others engines to find you, please avoid frames.
